Booking page photos#
Card: "Booking Page Photos"
"Shown on the cards of your public booking page. Landscape photos around 800×500 work best."
Four uploads, each optional:
- "Walk-On Card (optional)"
- "Events Card (optional)"
- "Laser Tag Card (optional)"
- "Airsoft Card (optional)"
Each has a clear checkbox next to it to remove the current image.
Party packages, custom activities, gear tiers, extras, and play areas each carry their own photo upload on their own edit screens — they aren't set here.
Kiosk logo#
Card: "Kiosk Logo"
"Shown above the 'Check In' heading on your kiosk. A transparent PNG works best."
One upload: "Logo (optional)". This is what players see when they walk up to your front-desk tablet. See Kiosk mode.
Theme and brand colors#
Card: "Appearance" — "Applies to your dashboard, kiosk, and public booking page."

Two buttons: "Dark" and "Light". This applies everywhere — your dashboard, your kiosk, and your public booking page.
"Brand colors"#
"Leave blank to use the PBHQ colors. Applies everywhere your customers see you."

Enter hex codes like #606548, or use the color swatch beside each input. A live "Preview"
strip shows a sample "Book Now" button and "Accent text" as you type, and a
"Reset to PBHQ default" link clears both.
Validation: an invalid code gives "Enter a hex color like #606548."
Image limits#
Every image upload in PBHQ enforces the same limits:
- Maximum 5 MB — "Image must be under 5MB."
- Maximum 4000 pixels on any side — "Image dimensions must be under 4000px."
If your phone photos are too big, resize them before uploading.
Saving#
All three cards are part of the main settings form. Click "Apply" in the bar at the bottom of the screen.
