Field profile

Your field's name, contact details, and the web address customers use to book you.

Who can do this: Owners only. Where: Sidebar → Business → Settings → "Field Information"

Setting it up#

  1. Open Settings from the sidebar.
  2. Click the "Field Information" heading to expand the card.
  3. Fill in the fields below.
  4. A bar appears at the bottom of the screen reading "Changes to settings detected". Click "Apply" to save, or "Discard" to throw the changes away.

What each field does#

Field What it does
"Name" Your business name. Appears on your booking page, every customer email, the waiver, and the kiosk.
"Email" Your contact address. Customer reminder emails are sent with this as the reply-to, so when a customer hits Reply the message lands in your inbox.
"Phone" Shown to customers in reminder emails and on booking confirmations, so they can call you.
"Booking URL" The short name in your public booking link. Typing a name auto-fills this; you can edit it.
"Address" Your street address. Included in reminder emails so customers can find you.

About your Booking URL#

Whatever you put in "Booking URL" becomes your public booking page:

https://your-pbhq-domain.com/book/<your-booking-url>/

So a booking URL of sunset-paintball gives you …/book/sunset-paintball/.

Rules of thumb:

  • Lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens. PBHQ cleans up anything else automatically.
  • Short and memorable — people type this.
  • Pick it before you print anything. Changing it later breaks every link you've shared: flyers, Google listings, Facebook posts, and any embed code already on your website.
