Your booking page: https://your-pbhq-domain.com/book/<your-booking-url>/
You can look at it any time — click "New booking" at the top of the sidebar and it opens exactly as a customer sees it.
The landing page#
A card for each thing they can book:
- A walk-on card per activity you offer with walk-ons enabled — paintball, airsoft, and any custom session activity
- A per-game card for laser tag and any custom per-game activity
- A card per active party package
- An events card, if you have published events
Each card carries the photo, tagline, and badge you configured. Anything inactive, or restricted to days that don't apply, simply isn't there.
Walk-on bookings#
- Pick the activity from the landing page.
- Date and time. Days you're closed, or that the activity doesn't run, are greyed out. Time slots come from your operating hours minus your buffer and anything already booked.
- Gear. Every active tier for that activity, with your prices and photos. They choose a tier and a number of players. Sold-out tiers don't appear for that slot.
- Extras, if you have add-ons linked to the tier they chose.
- Contact details and payment. Name, email, phone, an optional discount code, then card details.
- Confirmation, with their booking details and a waiver link.
They pay the full amount — unless a tier they picked has a deposit, in which case they pay that and owe the rest on game day.
Per-game bookings (laser tag and similar)#
The same flow, with one difference: after choosing gear they pick how many games they want, up to the maximum you set on the activity. The running total updates live as they change the count.
Party bookings#
- Pick the package.
- Date and time. Restricted to the package's allowed days and its advance booking window.
- Play area — only if you have active play areas, and only the ones the package allows.
- Gear — the tiers the package allows, or all of them if it's unrestricted. A combo party asks for a play area and gear per phase.
- Guest list — if "Collect Guest List" is on, the organizer enters each guest's name and email so waivers can go out early.
- Extras.
- Contact details and payment.
They pay the package's flat deposit; the balance is due on game day.
Every party package also has its own direct link you can share, so a customer can skip straight to it. See Party packages.
Events#
Published events appear on their own page. Big Game registrants pick a team (if you enabled teams) and pay per player; Tournament captains register a whole team and pay per team, then share a link with their teammates. Events are paid in full. See Events overview.
The checkout summary#
Every checkout shows the same card:
Subtotal $200.00
Sales Tax $16.50
Fees $9.60
Total Due Today $226.10
Balance due on game day $150.00
Rows only appear when they apply. See How the money works.
After they book#
- A confirmation page with their details and a link to their group waiver page.
- A confirmation email with everything again, plus what to bring and when to arrive.
- A waiver link per player, individually emailed.
- A confirmation text, if you have SMS enabled and they opted in.
- Reminder emails 24 hours and 2 hours before, including any balance due.
- A QR check-in code emailed to the organizer once every player has signed.
Full list: Emails and texts.
Embedded on your own website#
If you use the embed code, all of this happens inside a frame on your site. Customers stay on your domain right through checkout. See Embed booking on your website.
Things worth checking yourself#
Once a quarter, book yourself a session end to end. Look for:
- Cards in a sensible order (adjust "Sort Order" on each item)
- Descriptions that answer questions instead of raising them
- Prices and deposits reading the way you intend
- Photos that look like your field, not stock imagery
- A confirmation email that arrives promptly and reads well
Delete the test booking when you're done.
