Who can do this: Owners only.
iPromote#
The Marketing page#
Sidebar → Business → Marketing
Once configured, this page shows your iPromote campaign dashboard inside PBHQ, so you can check your ads without switching tools. If you haven't set it up, it reads "No iPromote link configured yet." with an "Add it in Settings →" link.
Setting it up#
Settings → "Marketing" — "Embed your iPromote campaign dashboard and tracking tags."
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| "iPromote embed URL" | "Paste your iPromote dashboard link to embed it into Marketing" |
| "iPromote tracking tag" | "Paste your iPromote tracking tag to track conversions across your booking page." |
| "iPromote retargeting pixel" | "Paste your iPromote retargeting pixel to reach potential customers." |
The embed URL must start with https:// — otherwise you'll see "Your iPromote URL must begin with
https://".
What the tags do#
The tracking tag fires on your booking page so iPromote can attribute bookings back to the ads that produced them. Without it your ad reporting shows clicks, not customers.
The retargeting pixel lets you advertise to people who visited your booking page but didn't finish — a genuinely effective audience, since they were already most of the way to buying.
Paste both exactly as iPromote gives them to you.
GoHighLevel#
Settings → "Integrations" → "GoHighLevel"
A status pill shows "Connected" or "Not connected".
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| "Location ID" | Your GHL location ID — "e.g. abc123xyz" |
| "API Key" | "Paste private integration API key". Once saved it shows as "•••••••• (saved — paste to replace)" — paste a new key to change it, or leave it alone. |
Click "Save". You'll see "GoHighLevel settings saved."
What it does: when a player signs their waiver, their contact details sync to your GoHighLevel location, so your email and SMS campaigns are working from a live list of people who have actually played at your field.
Remember that the waiver includes an optional opt-in: "I would like to receive SMS and email updates on promotions and events from this field." Respect it. Marketing to people who didn't tick it is a good way to acquire spam complaints and, depending on your jurisdiction, a legal problem.
Marketing you can do without any integration#
Plenty of what works needs nothing but PBHQ:
A code per channel. Create FB10, INSTA10, FLYER10 with the same discount, then read the
Uses column on the Discounts page to see which channel actually produced bookings.
See Discount codes.
Direct package links. Every party package has its own URL. Put "Book a birthday party" straight onto the relevant page of your site instead of dropping people at a generic landing page. See Party packages.
Focused embeds. An airsoft-only form on your airsoft page converts better than a general one. See Embed booking on your website.
Waiver opt-ins. Every signed waiver asks whether the player wants promotions. That's a permission-based list built from people who have already been to your field.
Repeat-customer data. The Customers tab in Reports shows total participants against unique players. If they're close, you have a retention problem worth more than any ad spend.
