Reports

Revenue, booking volume, and customer analytics — plus a CSV export for your accountant.

Who can see this: Owners only. Where: Sidebar → Business → Reports

Choosing a period#

A dropdown at the top: "This Month" (the default), "Last Month", "Last 3 Months", "Last 12 Months", and "Custom…", which reveals two date boxes.

The page refreshes itself about once a minute, so you can leave it open on a busy day.

The "Revenue" tab#

Tiles

Tile What it means
"Total Revenue" Net of discounts, with "{N} confirmed bookings" underneath.
"Total Players" Everyone across those bookings.
"Avg / Player" Revenue divided by players — your real per-head number.

"Weekly Revenue Trend" / "Monthly Revenue Trend" — a line chart. Short ranges are shown weekly, longer ranges monthly.

"By Booking Type" — Bookings, Players, and Revenue for Walk-On, Party, Event — Big Game, and Event — Tournament. This is the table that tells you what your business actually is: most fields discover parties are a much bigger share of revenue than of bookings.

"By Gear Tier" — the same columns per tier. Party revenue is split across tiers by player share. Use it to spot a tier nobody buys, or one that's carrying the whole operation.

The "Bookings" tab#

Tiles: "Total Bookings", "Cancellation Rate", "No-Show Rate".

"Weekly Volume" / "Monthly Volume" — a bar chart of booking counts.

"Bookings by Status" — Count and % of Total per status.

A high no-show rate is an argument for collecting more up front. A high cancellation rate points at your cancellation policy or a booking window that's too far out.

The "Customers" tab#

"Total Participants" with "{N} unique players" underneath — the gap between the two is your repeat business.

"Waiver Compliance" — a percentage, a bar, and "{N} signed · {N} unsigned". Check this a few days before a busy weekend, not on the morning.

"Discount Code Usage" — your top 10 codes by uses. Hidden if nobody has used one. Pair it with unique codes per channel and it becomes a marketing attribution report.

"Export CSV"#

Click "Export CSV" to download the current period as a spreadsheet. The file is named pbhq-report-{start}-to-{end}.csv.

Columns: Date, Type, Status, Players, Total Price, Discount, Play Area, Gear Tier, Party Type.

Only bookings in earning statuses are included — Confirmed, Checked In, No Show, and Completed.

Use it for your accountant, for pivot tables PBHQ doesn't build, or to keep an off-platform record of your season.
